Our 5 year guarantee
We include a 5-year installation guarantee in the price so you can call us any time in the event of any problems. We do require that the appliance and chimney need to be swept and maintained annually either by ourselves or a registered chimney sweep for this to be valid. Only HETAS recommended smokeless fuel should be used and appliances should not be slumbered overnight. ppliances should not be slumbered overnight on stainless steel flues.

How much mess is involved in stove Installation
Fireplace alterations and sweeping are tasks that can generate considerable mess. We highly recommend removing soft furnishings and ornaments from the room prior to the commencement of the installation process. Upon our arrival, we will diligently cover and safeguard all furniture and carpets with appropriate sheeting to prevent any potential damage.
