1. Introduction
Welcome to InstaHeat. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including boiler installations, servicing, chimney sweeping, and gas fire servicing. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Services Provided
InstaHeat offers the following services:
Boiler Installations
Boiler Servicing & Repairs
Chimney Sweeping
Gas Fire Servicing
All services are provided by qualified engineers and adhere to industry safety standards.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.
A deposit may be required for installations, with the balance due upon completion.
Payment for servicing is due upon completion of work unless enrolled in a Direct Debit plan.
Direct Debit subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before an appointment will not incur a charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 14 days, where applicable.
6. Warranties & Liability
All installations come with a manufacturer warranty. Any warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
InstaHeat is not liable for pre-existing faults in customer equipment or systems.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services.
7. Gas Safety & Compliance
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
Customers must ensure clear access to appliances for servicing and repairs.
Any safety concerns identified during a service must be addressed before work can continue.
8. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate information regarding their heating systems.
InstaHeat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or lack of access.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Customer information is stored securely and used only for service-related purposes.
We comply with the Data Protection Act and GDPR.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@insta-heat.co.uk.
We will respond within 10 working days and aim to resolve disputes amicably.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.
